Two volleyball matches of 2009 FIVB World League between Poland and Brazil there were held on June,27th and 28th 2009 at multifunctional sports and entertainment arena in Lodz on the Unia Lubelska 2 Street. First matches of the season of FIVB World League with accompaniment of polish fans there were held in arena constructed in 2008 by Mostostal Pulawy. The official opening of this object has taken place on May, 8th 2009.

On June 27th, 2009 took place the positive hydrostatic pressure test of the boiler’s reheater system (98 bars) in Jyväskylä, Finland . It was the third and the last pressure test performed by Mostostal Pulawy S.A. Currently there are 140 employers on a building site from our company – this is the biggest Mostostal’s realization abroad.

From June 16th to 19th, 2009 Mostostal Pulawy took part in the Fair "Innovation-Technology-Machines Polska (ITM) 2009" in Poznan. Mostostal Pulawy took part in a joint exhibition prepared by Polish Chamber of Steelworks (PIKS). It was located in the Exhibition of Metallurgy, Foundry Engineering and Metal Industry called METALFORUM.
