The Diplomatic Opening of the Year at the National Chamber of Commerce is an annual event, which provides an opportunity to present plans pertaining to international economic cooperation engaged in by particular institutions, resorts and industry bodies, and also to express thanks for the support granted to Polish businesses on foreign markets. Approximately 250 people took part in the meeting on 25 January 2017. These included representatives of the diplomatic corps, public administration, businessmen and representatives of industry, trade and bilateral chambers.
During the meeting, Mr. Tadeusz Rybak, President of the Management Board, represented the Polish Steel Structures Chamber. He has the honour of being Chairman of that organization.
The Diplomatic Opening of the Year is an initiative by the national Chamber of Commerce, which strives to define Poland’s position within the scope of international economic and trade cooperation, whilst promoting activities which comprise an element of the broad economic diplomacy.
