On 28 and 29 November 2013 Mostostal Puławy S.A. participated in the 1st Technical Conference "Performance of Supercritical Parameters Units". Hotel Król Kazimierz in Kazimierz Dolny was the venue for the first day of the conference, with the second being held on site of the Kozienice Power Station (Świerże Górne).
The purpose of the Conference was to provide practical knowledge within the scope of:
- Restoration of capacity in the National Power Grid,
- Technical requirements related to the construction of modern units with supercritical parameters,
- Supercritical units operational experience - investor experience related to the construction process and project management,
- Technical assumptions and trends in the construction of new units,
- Reducing the risks associated with the operation of technical equipment,
- Problem of workmanship quality and supply of prefabricated elements for supercritical units,
- Modern technologies and materials used in boilers with supercritical parameters,
- Supercritical units operation economics (return on investment, risks), etc.
The conference was addressed to the representatives of energy companies management and engineering staff, investment, strategy and development as well as new technologies specialists, companies offering technologies and interested institutions and technical colleges.
