On 9 May 2005 President of the Office for Competition and Contractor Protection agreed for the concentration of the contractors. Thus the contract from 12 January 2005 with the Nitrogen Plant Pulawy S.A. was executed. The contract concerned purchasing by Mostostal Pulawy S.A. of the shares in the companies:
1) The Equipment Construction and Specialised Maintenance Company "MEZAP" Limited Liability Company (11 376 shares, i.e. 92,29% of the basic capital allowing for 92,29% of the votes at the general meeting of the shareholders)
2) Power Maintenance Company "ENERGEZAP" Limited Liability Company (6 727 shares, i.e. 97,00% of the basic capital allowing for 97,00% of the votes at the general meeting of the shareholders)
